Although rare, we understand that accidents can happen when shipping, which is why we also offer a "shipping guarantee" with each order.  If your canvas is damaged during shipping, simply snap a picture and send our way.  We'll create a replacement Canvas and ship free of charge.  Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that you can order with confidence, knowing that we will make it right in the unlikely event that something out of our control, goes wrong.

 

There are no monetary refunds on personalized Canvases. Our policy is to send unlimited proofs during the editing & designing phase, providing you with complete viewing control over the final product.  We encourage our clients to view their proofs in a magnified fashion (to their preferred size) before ordering, ensuring that the final product is exactly what they want. Once approved, we'll mount that image on Canvas to create a beautiful, lasting keepsake to be enjoyed for years.

Any issues requiring a replacement canvas must be brought to our attention within 1 month of receipt.
